Construction Safety Management Plan
A Construction Safety Management Plan is the main document for the management of Health and Safety on site. Under the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 the plan must be developed before the start of any construction work on site.
One of our team members can formulate this plan for you. So what will we do? Firstly we will require a visit to the site. We will also require access to the Preliminary/Design Stage Safety and Health Plan, Development Drawings, and any other relevant information. Our Consultant will ensure the plan is relevant to the project and all necessary information is included.
Your Construction Health and Safety Management Plan will include the following:
- Named personnel for the site
- Site Specific Inspection
- Risk Assessment
- Emergency arrangements
- Responsibilities of subcontractors
- Statutory forms
- Pre-start up inspection
- Local services / power
- Dealing with the public, etc.
