Today I had my first onsite inspection for 2026 and it reminded me of how much I love getting out on site and meeting others. Spending time on site is essential to truly understand progress, identify risks early, and ensure safety standards are being met. Plans and reports can only tell you so much, walking the site, asking questions, and engaging with the workers provides insights you simply can’t get from the office.Today’s inspection was a great reminder of the value of communicating with others, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
