Workers' Memorial Day - 28 April 2025Today we remember those who passed away, became ill or were injured through work-related accidents.In Ireland, the related figures are worth reflecting on. In the ten years between 2015 and 2024, 446 people died in work-related incidents and many thousands more were severely injured or made ill.In 2024 alone, 33 people died in work-related incidents.These figures can be reduced through a combined and intensified effort by all concerned.
